How do I create my account?
To create your account on the COTÉLAC online store, please go to the "my account" page and click on the "create an account" button.
Enter the required information in the appropriate fields. Please note that the email address you provide will become your login address for your account.
How do I modify my account?
To change your password, go to your account login page and click on forgotten password .
To change your delivery addresses, click on "my account" , enter your email address and password. Once logged in, you can view and modify your personal information.
What do you do with my personal information?
The information you provide to us to process your order is only used for our business relationship. This information will not be shared with third parties or resold under any circumstances.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.
Regarding your banking information (bank cards), these are only used as part of your payment with our secure payment providers: Shopify Payments, PayPal and Alma for France and Shopify Payments and PayPal partners for other countries.
We do not store any banking information about you.
Order
How do I place my order on the COTÉLAC online store?
To place an order on the COTÉLAC online store, simply browse the site and access the products offered in the different categories.
You can browse by item type or by universe.
Then choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on “Add to cart”.
Once your products are in the basket, you can check the contents by clicking on the basket, then follow the instructions by clicking on the “Payment” button.
Your order will be prepared in our warehouses within 48 working hours at the latest, then handed over to the carrier according to the delivery method and country you have chosen. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days after your order has been handed over to the carrier.
How long will it take to process my order?
All your orders are shipped within 24/72 working hours (subject to available stock).

You will be kept informed by email of the preparation and dispatch of your package.
How do I track my order?
We will send you a confirmation email a few minutes after your order has been validated. This email will include a summary of your order and a link to access your account and track the status of your order.
Your order will go through the following statuses: "Validated", "In preparation" and finally "Shipped".
When your package is handed over to the carrier, you will also receive a new email informing you that your package has been handed over to the carrier, in which a parcel tracking number will allow you to follow its progress.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.
In fact, as soon as payment is validated, your order is sent to be prepared in our warehouse in order to ship it to you as quickly as possible.
However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your package only in the case of delivery by Chronopost or parcel relay.
The latter will then be returned to our warehouse and we will then issue your refund.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
For Metropolitan France, we accept payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal and Alma
Payments are completely secure through our partner Shopify Payments.
For other countries in the European Union, we accept payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal.
Can I pay in several installments?
In Metropolitan France, payment in 3 interest-free installments is available with ALMA for purchases of €50 or more.
Which bank cards are accepted?
For Metropolitan France, you can use the following payment methods on the COTÉLAC online store:
Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
For other countries in the European Union: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
How is payment secured?
The COTÉLAC online store uses the Shopify Payments solution.
It was developed so that you can make your payments in an ergonomic and user-friendly environment, with optimal security and respect for privacy. Shopify Payments is the payment solution adopted by several thousand online commerce sites.
My discount code doesn't work, what should I do?
For orders placed on our online store cotelac.fr, enter your promo code in your shopping cart.
Remember to check the validity date of your discount code.
Also make sure to respect the box and enter your code without adding any spaces.
Remember to clear your device's temporary memory (cache). If your code works, you will see a message indicating that your coupon has been applied.
Codes cannot be combined: if you have more than one, only one of them can be used when placing your order.
After following these procedures and in case the code does not work, do not hesitate to contact the customer service of the COTÉLAC online store via our form .
Delivery
What are the delivery methods and prices?
We offer 2 delivery methods for France:
- Chronopost relay point (post offices & shops) - €4 - free from €100 of purchase
- Chronopost express - home: €8 - free from €200 of purchase
and for the overseas departments*:
- Chronopost express - home: €20 - free from €300 of purchase
*Guadeloupe / French Guiana / Martinique / Mayotte / Réunion / St Barthelemy / Saint Martin / Saint Pierre and Miquelon / French Polynesia / New Caledonia / French Southern and Antarctic Lands / Wallis and Futuna
For deliveries in Europe**:

Your order is prepared within 24/72 working hours in our warehouses, it is then handed over to the carrier according to the delivery method you have chosen.

Switzerland and United Kingdom:

Delivery rates: these are calculated automatically when you order according to the delivery method and country you choose and you can view this amount in your basket.
For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable taxes are due upon receipt of your delivery, excluding shipping costs.
The Pick Up deposit period is 4 days.
The period of stay at the Merchant Relay Point is 7 days.
The waiting period at the Post Office is 15 days.
What are the shipping and delivery times?
Shipping times (exit from our warehouses) are 24/72 working hours (Monday to Friday) maximum.
This period corresponds to the time taken to prepare your order in our warehouses (destocking, verification, parcel preparation, packaging, labeling, etc.), your order is then handed over to the chosen carrier.
Delivery times in Metropolitan France depend on the mode of transport chosen (next day delivery for all orders placed before 2 p.m.):
- Chronopost express: 1 working day from the date of dispatch
- Relay point: 1 working day from the date of dispatch
You will be notified by email when your package arrives.
Can I have it delivered abroad?
Please click on the "country/region" icon at the bottom left of our homepage to see the list of countries/locations we deliver to.
If your country/location does not appear in the list, it is likely that we do not deliver there at this time.
What should I do if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Our Chronopost driver will notify you by email or text message the day before delivery. You can provide instructions to ensure the delivery goes smoothly: leave in a safe place, leave with a neighbor, change the delivery date, etc.
The delivery person may contact you 5 to 10 minutes before their arrival to ensure that you are present and, if not, to obtain delivery instructions.
If there is no response, the package will be dropped off at a collection point. Once the package is dropped off at a collection point, it will no longer be possible to have it delivered to your home.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you have requested delivery to one of the European Union countries and you still have not received your package: if you still have not received your package after 6 days and no delivery notice has been left for you, remember to check the status of your package according to the delivery method chosen. You can also contact customer service via our form .

How do I return a product and how long do I have to do so?
To return the products ordered, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after the date of receipt of your order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded.
Please make only one return per order placed: all items in your return must be in a single package per order. You must wait for the complete delivery of the order, if it was delivered to you in several deliveries/packages.

If you have a customer account, log in and make your return request via the form available in your customer area > "My orders" section > Select the order you wish to return > Click on the "Make a return" link.
For orders delivered to mainland France, affix the Chronopost return label received by email when you requested your return.
It is not possible to return products purchased online at cotelac.fr to one of our stores.
For any order placed on our online store cotelac.fr with delivery outside mainland France, please follow the instructions from this link.
For an online order, no exchange is possible, online or in store.
I ordered from a partner site, how do I return it?

How much does it cost to return a product?
Returns are free for mainland France, excluding retail and outlet operations. Any shipping fees will be refunded to you upon processing your return.
Otherwise, you can choose to make the return yourself, directly to the Post Office or by editing the prepaid label in your customer area.
Can I get a prepaid label?
Returns are free for all orders (excluding Outlet and commercial operations) in Metropolitan France. You can submit your return request here.
For any purchase made during commercial operations (Sales, Private, Sales, Archives, etc.), a fee of €8 will be deducted from your refund if you opt for our prepaid label.
Once you have completed your return declaration online, you have 48 to 72 hours to drop off your package at a relay point.
Refund
How will I be reimbursed?
For orders delivered to mainland France, your refund will be made to the bank card used for payment by re-crediting it, via our payment partner Shopify Payments, within 15 days from the date the package was returned.
There is an error in my order, how will I be refunded?
We will also refund your order if the return is due to an error on our part. Of course, the reshipping costs will be fully refunded upon receipt.

Technical problem
I'm not receiving your order and shipping confirmation emails?
These emails may end up in your "junk" or "spam" folder in your email software, as these are increasingly sensitive to protecting the privacy of their users by identifying emails that are not part of your contacts, for example. We recommend that you authorize the domain https://www.cotelac.fr in your anti-spam tool and/or your email.
If you have not received a confirmation email, this means that your order has not been completed (3D Secure authentication failure). No charge has been recorded.
Your order is only confirmed when you receive an order number by email.
I can't make my payment, what should I do?
If your payment doesn't go through, check that your card numbers or expiration date aren't incorrect. Check with your bank to make sure they're not blocking the payment. For security reasons, customer service does not have access to your bank details.
