You have 14 days after receiving your order placed on the online store to return all or part of your purchases for exchange or refund, if they do not suit you.
Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition (unworn and unwashed) and must include the tags. Return shipping is free of charge, except for retail and outlet items. For retail and outlet items, a €8 return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
To make your return request:
Directly via your customer account, in the “ My Orders ” tab, select your order, then the
items you wish to exchange or receive a refund for.
You can also click here . In this case, please have your order number ready as you will be asked to enter it.




Once all your items have been selected for a refund, you can pack your package and return it to us.
As a reminder, if you choose to use our prepaid label, a fee of €8 will be deducted from your refund at the time of computer processing, if you purchased items during a promotional or outlet period.
For an exchange, the return is handled with our return label.
The returned package must be dropped off at the post office or collection point within 48 working hours of your return request. We recommend that you keep the proof of parcel delivery signed and dated by the post office or retailer where you will drop off your order.
Upon receipt of your package, and if it complies with our return policy*, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days.
