What payment methods are accepted?

For Metropolitan France, we accept payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

Can I pay for my order in installments?

In Metropolitan France, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Spain, interest-free payment in 2 or 3 installments is available with ALMA for purchases of €160 or more.

Please note! Credit costs money and must be repaid. For a purchase of €400 in 4 installments: a deposit of €100, then 3 monthly payments of €100. Credit of €300 at a fixed debit rate of 0% over 3 months. Cost of credit €0. Total amount due €400. APR 0%. The cost of credit is covered by the retailer. Is payment secure?

The Cotélac online store uses the Shopify Payments e-commerce solution. Your payments are processed in a secure environment compliant with the PCI DSS standard dedicated to the protection of credit card data. To enhance the security of your transaction, additional authentication with your bank may be requested via 3D Secure.

Is my banking information stored?

No banking information is stored on our site. Your banking data is entered directly on the secure server of our technical and financial partner. The banking information you provide, encrypted on your own computer, will never travel in plain text over the Internet.
